Actually, there are several different kinds of manufacturing techniques to make plastic figures and components. So it will pretty much depend on your size and design. We will come up with the most suitable production solution for you. The MOQ of 3 very common manufacturing techniques in our factory is as follows for your reference.
- Plastic injection products: 1500 pcs, negotiable.
- Vinyl products by rotocasting: 1000 pcs, negotiable.
- Resin products by vacuum assisted resin infusion moulding with silicon mold: 100 pcs.
- Send us your artwork or design.
- Tell us the size of your products.
- Give us your estimated purchasing quantity.
- Share with us the functions and usage of your products, e.g display , promotion , collectable etc.
- Let us know your preferred packaging method, for example, window colored box, clamshell, plastic bag etc. Or simply turn to our professional & friendly staff for help if you need any suggestions.
- Prototype: T/T, 50% deposit, 50% balance after finishing the prototype.
- Mold: 40% desposit, 60% balance after approving the pre-production copy.
- Mass production: 30% Deposit, balance before shipment. Or Western Union/PayPal for small amount.
Items can be shipped by air (UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT etc, around 3-7 days) or sea (about 1 month).
